Surf training in Santos is led by renowned organizations and the municipal administration. The main training platform is the Municipal Surf School (Escola Radical), which offers free, high-quality instruction to new generations and acts as a sports training hub.

    

The Santos Surf Association (ASS) actively collaborates in offering certification courses for instructors, referees, and judges, ensuring alignment with international sporting standards and developing the skills of monitors for Adapted Surf programs and other social inclusion initiatives.
