Founded with the support of the city and Rotary Santos Praia, this program uses surfing as a powerful tool for human development and social integration. Its goal is to provide the opportunity to practice the sport to children and young people in vulnerable situations, offering them:

• Values and Discipline : Transmission of values such as respect for nature, discipline, and teamwork.

• Hope : A new perspective on life through sport. "Dreaming on the Waves" represents an inspiring example of how surfing can transform communities, being one of the most important social inclusion projects within the WSCN network.
