ROBERTO CARLOS MEZA VALLE “MUELAS”
      

Roberto Carlos Meza Valle , known as ' Muelas ', is one of the most respected names in Peruvian surfing, recognized for his sporting excellence and commitment to the future of the sport. As an eight-time National Champion in various categories (Open, Longboard, etc.), his competitive experience is vast. He is the Founder of the Olas Perú School (since 1992), having mentored world champions such as Sofía Mulánovich . His leadership in high-level competition is proven, having acted as Strategic Advisor to the Peruvian Tabla Teams that became ISA World Team Champions (Open 2010 and Junior 2011). Appointed Global Ambassador of the WSCN in 2024 , his role is fundamental in guiding the network, notably through the organization of the Semillero Olasprotour de las Américas Circuit , essential for the development of new regional talents. Their leadership extends to sustainability, with Olas Perú being the first surf school in the world to obtain Carbon Neutral certification , and a Member of the Fifth World Surfing Reserve of Huanchaco (2024) . Their work supports the WSCN in best practices for coastal management and environmental sustainability in Latin America.

FRANCISCO ALFREDO ALEGRE ARAÑA (CISCO ARAÑA)
      

Originally from Santos , Brazil , Cisco Araña is a leading figure in the world of surfing. He first distinguished himself in high-level competition —as a professional surfer —and later through his profound social impact: he is the founder and leader of the first Public Adapted Surf School in Santos . His work, entirely focused on inclusive surfing, has established itself as a global benchmark and serves as an inspiring model for social programs in various member cities. His intervention is crucial in reinforcing the social values of the Network, supporting initiatives that see surfing as a powerful tool for integration and human development .

JOKIN
JOKIN ARROYO URIARTE
      

Jokin Arroyo Uriarte is a Senior Specialist in sectoral organization within the surf, sea, and sliding sports industry, with over 40 years of experience as a surfer and 25 years in public-private management and specialized consulting. He is a Professor in the Postgraduate Program in "Marketing & Management of Surf and Sliding Sports" at the University of Mondragón. His contribution to the WSCN Network is substantial, having provided technical assistance for 10 years and been the driving force behind strategic projects in the Euskadi region, such as the "Surf City Donostia" Cluster and the collaboration plan between Sopela and Getxo. Jokin Arroyo is also an elite event organizer, having been Manager of the Basque Surf Federation for 10 years and Competition Director of the Punta Galea Big Wave Challenge and the Red Bull Rivals, in addition to being involved in major WCT and WQS events. Currently, it energizes the "Getxo Itsas Hub" innovation center and is a key element in the development strategy of the Bizkaia Sea and Slide sector.
