Conceived as a cross-cutting cooperation platform, the Cluster brings together companies, institutions, training centers, and other key stakeholders to foster synergies and innovations. Its main objective is to improve competitive performance and the creation of new jobs in the local surf industry. Furthermore, the Cluster plays a fundamental role in supporting the management and development of the World Surf Cities Network (WSCN), reinforcing San Sebastián's international image as a surf city.
