NAZARÉ

Nazaré is a historic coastal town and traditional summer resort that has maintained its fishing identity, evident in its colors and customs. Its global fame is due to the Nazaré Canyon, an underwater canyon approximately 170 km long and 5 km deep, which amplifies the Atlantic waves, generating the phenomenon of Giant Waves at Praia do Norte.
