FEATURED INITIATIVES
International Technological Missions : Technological missions were carried out in Gold Coast (AU) and Santos (BR), experiences that sought to explore models for coastal management and surf tourism.
Local Entrepreneurship Program : A Local Entrepreneurship Program was implemented for the coastal area, aiming to strengthen the business fabric by supporting the acquisition of production assets, business management, training, dissemination, and positioning strategies.
Competitive Intelligence Platform : A Competitive Intelligence Platform, "Arica Surf City," was implemented to address territorial gaps, information asymmetries, and market strategies as a tool to support decision-making at the governmental level. This platform connects the entire coastal tourism value chain through an online platform, among other initiatives.
