Our interest is to consolidate the city of Salinas worldwide as a tourist surfing destination having all the capacity for that. The types of tourism that we are most interested in promoting besides surfing are cycling, diving, kayaking, beach tennis, whale and bird watching, among other activities that are already being developed with great force.
We want to consolidate strategic alliances with other cities belonging to the WSCN that manage management models which give us instructions and guides to be able to implement them in Salinas, and thus have a sustainable development. For our part, we are working on improving the quality of the tourist offer as well as tourism security, for this reason in surfing issues we seek to integrate the authorities (Prefecture, Municipalities, Ministries) with the main clubs, surf schools and surfers representative of the place to develop projects that benefit everyone.
